Two brothers, Mark and Mike share their love for their favourite Filipino dish 'Adobo' and other well known food of the Philippines by hosting their supperclub in their beautiful London apartment. Growing up in Hong Kong, then after studying in boarding school in the UK, they missed a good home cooked meal specially prepared by 'Mum'. This inspired them to study her techniques so they never have to go without!
They will be preparing their very own recipe of, crispy, sticky adobo glazed chicken wings! A great balance of classic Filipino flavours - garlic, soy and vinegar with a moreish crunch. Finger lickin'!
