LUTO is a once monthly event transporting you to Mary's motherland, the Philippines. Taking influence from the heritage of the several thousand islands of the Philippines and their history. You will be presented with a reiteration of national classics in a British context, lovingly translated with western seasonal ingredients and processes. But at the heart of it all it is true to it's roots.

Mary will be giving us a taste of her beautiful supperclub experience with her mouthwatering Highland Beef Shin Empanda. Low and slow cooked beef shin in a sauce packed with deep and rich flavours in a buttery, flaky pastry parcel with a red pepper aioli and black olive. Corr! That was a mouthful.
