Garlic Fried Rice - Healthy Style

 

Probably one of the easiest things to make.  Great with steak, chicken and fish for lunch or as part of you meal prep.  Definitely worth a try, especially if its healthy!

 

Ingredients:

 

1 tbsp of coconut oil

2-3 cloves of minced garlic

2-3 cups of cooked brown rice

1/2 cup of water optional

 

Heat up a pan and add the coconut oil and sauté the garlic.   Once the garlic is golden brown stir in the brown rice until every single grain is coated in the tasty coconut/garlic oil.  If the rice is too hard for your liking, add a bit of water and leave the steam soften the rice for 1-2 minutes.

 

That's it!  Easy huh???
